• Air handler condensate recycle system design, construction oversight and results assessment

Many customers are amazed by the amount of water that can be captured and reused from the air handler coils. This water is a natural fit for usage as cooling tower makeup. The volumes collected are greatest during peak cooling months. The water collected is also very pure, low conductivity, allowing higher cooling tower cycles and decreased chemical demand. The thermal impact of the water collected from cold coils is also advantageous. When properly designed and installed, these systems can be substantial customer assets.
 

• Autoclave water saver system design, construction oversight and results assessment

JNB has designed and provided construction oversight of many autoclave water saver projects. Facilities with autoclave units that are used consistently should consider implementation of these systems. JNB has found that most autoclave manufacturers are not concerned with the amount of water the unit cycles will waste. Some manufacturers do offer water saver systems but we have found them to be inferior to the design JNB has developed. JNB will work with autoclave manufacturers and clients to specify the installation of the best possible system.
